Recruiter was unorganized and a poor communicator. Without warning I received a case study that was due in 24 hours. Then, shortly afterwards I received a second one, without warning, that was due ASAP. When I asked for clarification or expectations, all I got was more confusing information. I completed multiple rounds and both case studies, presented to the VP and other senior managers. Then silence. I was totally ghosted. I’ve checked in with the recruiter twice and the hiring manager but haven’t received a response. I found this to be pretty disrespectful and negative experience all around.
