Initial interview with recruiter which was casual and informative. The pay range was low for market but was still interested as I like the company structure. Was given a 2 part short deadline moderate technical assessment that took about two hours of my already limited free time. Never heard from them again. Ghosted, after essentially working 2 hours. I would never work for a company that does this to prospective employees.
