Applied online and recruiter reached out within a few weeks. Had an initial call with a recruiter that went well enough to get a take-home homework assignment that was due within 3 days. Once completed, the recruiter setup an interview with the hiring manager that I felt went well. I was told I would know next steps within a few days, so I followed-up a week later. I was told I would be dealing with a new recruiter who didn't respond to our connection email or a follow-up sent a week later. Fully ghosted.
