Applied via an ad by a recruiter. Was invited for an interview by the recruiter. Interview comprised of psychometric evaluation following a soft skills set(formal letter, excel, word and questionnaire). After these the recruiter carried out an oral test evaluating your suitability and experience. After the evaluation you're told of your success and told the organization you're interviewing for. (Spirax Sarco East Africa). Was invited to an SS assessment in exactly 7 days. The panel had two individuals, the head of finance and an engineer (small operation in EA). The interview went extremely well, or at least I thought so. I was absolutely certain that I had made it. It was absolutely the best interview I had done this far. I had very good feedback too.
