Entrevista con agencia Michael Page, luego exámenes de 4 aptitudes por tiempo (lógica, textos, estadística y matemática). Luego entrevista una grupal presencial en las oficinas durante todo el día, se prepara una presentación que se expone ese día en vivo y actividades grupales varias, también una entrevista individual en el lugar a cada uno. Al cabo de un mes te avisan.

Presentation, Group interview, HR interview, Technical Interview. Composed of QA session in between. The ice break session was good, the topic for group discussion is a bit hard with some simple maths calculations.

Process was rather long and drawn out. Start with a typical application then move onto a recorded questioning segment. After you are required to take a personality test and 3 skill tests. Once all is completed and you are selected they send you to an assessment center which is a 8-4 interview including a presentation, individual questioning and group activities.
