Executive Search firm contacted me out of the blue found me from my LinkedIn profile ..provided with written job brief.. 2 short telephone discussions with them then a 1 hour face to face meeting with agency Principal recruiter. Review of CV , experience and asked for examples of transferable skill set applicable to job role. Provided with more insight to job role and industry... Asked to hold interview date for 2 weeks until shortlist confirmed. Spent approx 6 hours in desk top research and preparation then 75 min face to face meeting at company with Marketing Lead and HR. Not taken any further in process..needed more clarity and content on first 90 day action plan. Next step would have been "A more structured interview with presentation...plus psychometric testing".
