Had an interview scheduled with the hiring manager and I joined Zoom at the appropriate time. I waited 15 minutes and he still hadn't joined the interview - I also emailed him. He later emailed me to say that his kid had an emergency and offered to reschedule. I replied with my availability. I never heard back from him and got an automated message a month later saying that they were proceeding with other candidates. Dodged a bullet - wouldn't want to work for someone blaming his unreliability on other people.

Ended up being very misleading, but initially there was a lot of cloak and dagger with a skype interview then meeting outside the office for the first in person so I should have known better.
