The process was fairly quick but they are disorganized. When i spoke with one hiring manger she gave me a different idea of the actual job. When I spoke with the actual manager she informed me that I would be by myself and she skypes in to communicate with the office. I do not have mangerial experience so i know this would not have been ideal for me.
