Contacted by recruiter. Got a phone interview and then an onsite interview. The process was fast but the problem with this company and I have experienced this before is that they hire technical workers in mgt. who do not possess soft skills and cannot conduct a job interview with fluidity. Many are foreign degree(ed) which is fine as Google has that too but they are untrained at people mgt and skills to even ask questions. The technical men are south asian and one brought his laptop to the interview staring into it and would not speak at all and became combative. The other men were just staring at my face confused to what I was saying - "what is tactical mean"? These guys need to be trained on that process of public relations. The workers are NOT trained. They are just technical resources for the company without mgt capacity. I don't have time for this!!! I did complain to their HR and they implemented a process of interviewing skills upon hire but who knows if that is being managed. Other companies like VmWare have the same problem. Note: Laptops should not be allowed in this interview because a technical male worker uses it as a shield to interact with the female candidate because he doesn't have social skills and cannot even look up at the me the candidate. He doesn't have social skills to interact with the public!!! That is so sad. I wanted to walk out!!!! Some of the indian males do this. Its so weird!!!!
