      Sales Team Leader Interview

      Mar 4, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Splunk (London, England) in Jan 2020

      Interview

Went thru an exhaustive process (in conjunction with an External recruiter) for a senior sales leader role. Approx 12 interviews over 4 months. Could not have been nicer and extremely thorough. Then radio silence. No update; no status; no feedback nothing. No feedback provided to the External Headhunter either. Totally bizarre. I don't mind not getting the role. However, the total absence of any update or feedback is weird. I have reached out to the hiring manager twice and no response, acknowledgement, nothing.
