      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Splunk in Mar 2021

      Interview

I had an initial interview with a recruiter for baseline and then a subsequent 4 rounds with 3 employees each. They were a mix of direct reports, peers, senior leadership, human resources, and c-level leaders. I had a broad exposure including the hiring leader, team, company, culture, IT and corporate strategies. Overall it was extremely thorough and I was able to get a great sense of the role and whether it as well as the organization were a fit for me. Everyone was scheduled well in advance, the logistics were really well done and clearly communicated by the recruiting staff.
