I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Splunk in Jan 2022
Interview
3 rounds, 1st and 2nd are coding + resume, 3rd is behavior questions and design data structure to solve given problems.
1st round coding is simple, but due to NDA, I cannot say too much.
2nd round coding is a little bit weird, give me a class and need to use the API to solve problems, easy one. But follow up to discuss the drawback about the given class, a little bit confused :(
Hope for good news.
I applied online. I interviewed at Splunk (Kraków)
Interview
Through Hirevue, camera on, Had to answer some behavioural questions that are pretty useless and long. After that I had to answer to a Hard Leetcode style question. After that, I never heard anything from them
HireVue -> Managerial round with Manager -> Coding round with Senior Employee. And then I received the offer. I had applied through a referral, as the role was Software Engineer I Technical Intern II

Situational Questions based on my resume and internships
It was a video interview (through HireVue), then a technical coding interview (on Codility), and then a behavioral interview (with the Manager of the team I applied to). All of the parts were pretty standard and not too difficult.
