I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk in Jun 2015
Interview
Short sweet and too the point. Not an easy interview but for this type of job it shouldn't be. Management team was professional, courteous, prompt and to the point. Culture is a huge part of the interview process. Do your research and understand that going in, if you don't think you would like the culture then don't bother.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions, "tell me about time when...." that sort of thing but a lot of "cross examining" questions to make sure you are on point.
Interview process included a recruiter call, a call with the hiring manager, a call with another senior leader, a call with another team member. Overall it was a positive process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Splunk (Zürich)
Interview
It took more than 3 month for them to come to a decision. The Panel Interview was extremely difficult to be successful in. The interviewers weren't cooperative. The upfront briefing didn't match the expectations and feedback.
Internal recruiter reached out to set up time for intro call but did not respond after sending availability multiple times. Unsure if it was a mistake or not to send out interview request, but either way no response back.
