recruitment people all over the place. changing times, dates, etc, however very, very friendly bunch. 3 phone interviews. one face to face which consisted of a 5 hour interview plus break 1 interviewer at a time. Offices amazing, positive vibe amazing, talent amazing, opportunity for you, product and company stratospheric. Every benefit under the sun, and happy employees with a rocking product.
They want to keep their start up awesome culture but with explosive growth you have to have underlying processes that are pinning it together. The product already is world class and loglogic... well .. uh who? What acutely needs fixing and I mean like yesterday, is seeing talent (check) splunk knows they want and need it and like the person (check check check) they don't have the right role so they cut that person loose. Without the right people who Lobe Splunk and customers, what have you got?
