I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk (Santa Clara, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with an established company.
After I applied they emailed me saying they wanted to set up the phone and technical screw-in calls at the same time. Set up the technical screening but the recruiter couldn’t find time to speak with me till after I already passed the technical.
She sets up a call to go over the on-site with me. She then calls 20 minutes later then we had arranged.
Then I go to the on-site. My first interviewer of the day was over 30 minutes late to a 45 minute interview.
There were 2 positives. The lady who showed me in to the room spent the whole time looking for the missing interview and was super apologetic and one of my interviewers really took the whole working together on a problem thing to heart and made the experience interesting and enjoyable.
In the end they said they decided not to hire anyone.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk (Tokyo) in Sep 2019
Interview
After applying, wait for the contact from the recruiter to adjust the interview schedule. Start with a casual interview. After deciding the position, a 45-minute one-on-one interview will be held for each session with 2 or 3 interviewers on the same day. In my case, I did this a 2 times and then completed the interview process. It may be a rare case.
Thanks for leaving a review! Glad to hear you had a positive experience. Feel free to provide additional feedback at openconversation@splunk.com - MIke Saltzman, Talent Acquisition
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Splunk (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2019
Interview
Have interviewed with 4 different people over the phone which felt a bit repetitive, however i understand trying to bring in good candidates is key. I would have liked to understand a bit more of the process to see if an in person interview would be next.
