During recruiter screening the recruiter asked more than 5 typical technical questions that range from data structure to machine learning. Didn't pass it due to not able to answer some questions.

They definitely need to iron out their process. The initial phone screening was mostly a string of multiple choice questions or questions that make you explain a topic. At no point did I talk about myself or the projects I've worked on. Next, I had an extremely long and quite challenging take home test. It felt unnecessarily long and measured whether you could spit out textbook answers. Lastly, I had a virtual interview with someone from Spokeo which measured critical thinking/data knowledge. This had no coding. I ultimately wasn't extended an offer and was told they had taken the time to evaluate my "professional background and experience" and it didn't align with what they were looking for. Like does no one actually read through the resumes?? Then add a STANDARD phone screening so candidates don't waste their time! It felt ridiculous and unprofessional.
