Thanks for your candid feedback about your interview process. First off, we'd like to apologize for having to reschedule your interview. We know that's frustrating, and we always strive to avoid that. Secondly, in a small, rapidly growing company, things do change on the fly. Space constraints are a real concern and can have an effect on hiring capacity, which in turn can change hiring criteria. Even though I'm sure you did answer the questions well, for certain positions we are looking at a range of qualifications, many of which are outside the scope of technical ability. Furthermore, given the space constraints described above, it's likely that our hiring criteria stiffened some, in which case even solid candidates are sometimes not given second interviews. Again, we really hate that you had a negative experience interviewing with us, and in the future we will do everything in our power to streamline the process and provide maximal transparency.
