I applied online. I interviewed at Sports Basement
Interview
I applied online and a week later, I got a phone call for a 1 on 1 interview. They asked me about to talk about myself, what I like about sports basement or other sporting stores like it, asked about what I did at my previous jobs. They also gave me some scenarios such as what would I do if a customer acted angry or aggressive towards me and how I would handle the floor if I was with a customer and the fitting rooms and check out needed help. Those are just a few questions I remembered. Nothing too difficult, just straight forward. I was also interviewing for the fitness department, so the questions were tailored towards that area.
A few hours after, I received a call telling me to come in and fill out paper work!

Pretty simple. Applied in-person and received a call within a few days.
