Interview
Spotify stood me up three times for three interviews. On two occasions, I turned up to Spotify's offices, and the interviewer was either not in the office, or not willing to meet with me at that time. These two interviews required me to take time off of my current job, and so I was very disappointed and frustrated that the interviews ended up getting cancelled. A couple hours before my third scheduled interview, I got an email from the recruiter telling me that they filled the position so my interview was cancelled. The entire process was extremely unprofessional, disingenuous, and a misuse of my time.

Question 1
"Who are you and who are you here to see?" This is the only interview question I got, and it came from Spotify reception staff.
Great and communicative. Things moved a bit slow, but no longer than some other places I've interviewed with. They always answered my follow up emails and let me know when I did not receive an offer.

Interview
Phone screening interview followed by an in-person interview. The phone-screening was a pleasant process but the in-person interview was a bit odd. The person leading the interview had not been at the company long and seemed to be rushed and distracted. Possibly little experience conducting interviews as the questions seemed rote. I left with the impression that several recent hires has left staff involved with hiring burnt out on the interview process.
