It was a pretty bad experience. First, they were very inflexible on the phone interview times and being very pushy (2-3 phone interviews on same week) . But then cancelled the phone interview 2 hours before the scheduled time without mentioning a reason, although I made a lot of effort to rearrange other obligations in order to free up the time. Then only arranged a follow up the week after.

They contacted me for a phone screen which I thought went pretty well. They said they would reach out to me by the end of the week. It's been 3 weeks with no word from them. They've also ignored my followup emails. If they're going to do this, why reach out in the first place?
