Interview
They responded to my application within a week. The Spreetail recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. In that phone interview, he went through my work history and asked me about my technical skills. I have two years of frontend experience and I've built two side projects using react, but they said they are looking for someone with paid react experience. He also mentioned that Im a little older (UNL Class of 2009). So, they declined to move forward saying that they are looking for people very strong in React already, and culture is huge thing to them.
From reading other reviews, they are primarily interested in younger people working there. So, a 30 year old developer wasn't a good fit for them.
So, unless you're already a React developer and young, I'd say your chances are pretty slim to get hired by Spreetail for this position.
