I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was initially contacted on LinkedIn to see if I was interested in a new position opening and asked to do a phone screening. After that we got an in person interview scheduled with a few members on/involved with the team I'd be interviewing for. The first interview was pretty casual, more getting to know me and my interest in the position. Loose assessment of technical skills. A second in-person interview was setup with a work example and presentation going over more technical problems related to the position. A dinner with the team and a few extra employees followed the presentation and the job offer follows that.
Ultimately it was a phenomenal process. I really got a feel for the people and the position and what I could expect working at Spreetail.
