I had a phone interview with Spreetail that went really well. The questions are what I would expect for the position, and it was overall pretty relaxed. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, and went really well. I was offered an in person interview, and when I sent them my availability (I am a college student having to travel hours away during the week for this) they did not email me back for weeks, only to tell me they had given the position to another candidate. I was disappointed that they had (1) asked me to come in for a second interview and then ghosted me, and (2) contacted me weeks later to say someone had been given a position I did not even have the chance to interview for. The communication was very poor and I feel like my time was not respected.
