I applied online and received an email within a week setting up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I received an email saying that I wasn't what they were looking for.
Great process. Did a quick phone interview that lasted approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Followed up by panel interview; talked about my background and got to know them and the company a little more. Next was a work sample presentation with another panel. I was always in the know in the interviewing process, which was very appreciated. Great experience.

Interview
The Spreetail Interview process was awesome! I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn and then went through a couple screening calls. As someone who has worked in both startup and traditional organizations, Spreetail falls much more into the startup culture when it comes to hiring. My resume was never asked for or discussed and they did an awesome job of asking questions about my experience and my interest.
I went to Lincoln for a formal interview, but it wasn't loaded with fluffy questions and uninterested interviewers like most places. I was asked to provide a work sample relative to the job I was applying for and I thought this was awesome. This is a great chance to turn an ambiguous task into an opportunity to showcase your talents. The work sample was followed by questions from the exact people who my job function would impact. It was a great chance to get a full understanding of what the job entailed and what my role would be.
Throughout the entire process I felt a genuine interest and a real sense of commitment from Spreetail. It was awesome to meet their team, feel their culture, and visit Lincoln. Great people.
