I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Oct 2021
Interview
The application process was easy with an online form and had a phone screen after which no other interview was offered. The overall process was very uppity and judgemental. I personally would not recommend applying.

Talk us through the coding projects you've worked on?
One technical interview. We talked about how I work in collaborative situations. I was asked how I would handle people who don't participate in groups. I was asked to answer with specific instances that I had experienced. Then we did an entity relationship diagram about a stadium tickets. Then had a coding problem. Very encouraging interviewers and I had a good experience.
