Spring Health Care Navigator interview questions

What would you say to someone who does not want counseling? How do you feel working with diverse clients? How would you educate someone about psychiatry? There are three interviews

This company gives too many red flags. From the very beginning they created a false sense of urgency. The Recruiter sent me a email at 5pm requesting to meet with me at 7:00pm that same day and didn’t include any other dates as options, which gave the impression that if I’m not available right then and there they would move on to another candidate. Our phone conversation was rushed and she didn’t allow time for me to ask any questions. They ask you to send your availability but then don’t honor the times and dates you give them. 3 days before my Second interview I received a email at 9pm stating that it was rescheduled to the following morning. So I Basically found out I had an interview the night before the actual interview. The supervisor I interviewed with let me know that she had just started with the company 6 months before and informed me that she would be looking at other screens and doing other task during the interview. She looked overwhelmed and under a lot of pressure during the whole interview. 3rd red flag my 3rd interview was supposed to be with 2 of their care coordinators and both did not show up to the zoom interview. I waited the whole 30 mins hoping that they were just running late. The recruiter was apologetic and said she would reschedule the interview for me. A few days go by and I receive a voicemail from a different recruiter asking me why I missed my 3rd interview. What interview ?? A interview that was never rescheduled! At this point I should have called it quits with them but the recruiter was very apologetic, and I was truly passionate about the company’s mission, so we agreed to finally reschedule my interview. For each interview you will be contacted by a different recruiter which is weird. You also would have any contact info for the people you’re interviewing with so you can’t send a thank you email. During my last interview when I asked questions about the work place culture and how management handled mistakes my questions were pushed off with indirect responses. Please don’t ignore the red flags with this company. The company seems toxic and unorganized.
