I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spring Health in Nov 2022
Interview
Initial phone screening with recruiter, then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Was called to be told I was not chosen. Couldn't pick up so a voicemail was left, then I was left hanging for 24 hours before receiving a call. I think that is extremely unprofessional, as an email would suffice.

Interview
After the initial screen with the recruiter, I went through several rounds, 4, before a final mock presentation. Before the mock presentation they changed the role I was being interviewed for. It was for a similar role but at a lower pay scale.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spring Health in Sep 2025
Interview
They require a behavioral and cognitive assessment prior to interviewing. I did not have a recruiter call, so my first interview was with the hiring manager. He was very nice, but I felt the interview could have been structured in a more effective way, and didn't really give me the chance to highlight my qualifications or accomplishments in previous roles. Overall, a nice conversation but felt the interview failed to showcase my skills as a CSM.

Question 1
It was mostly a discovery call on how certain objection handling that I've done in the past could be applied to my potential duties at SH. There were not many scenario questions or "tell me a time when" questions but rather went through a small handful of responsibilities in my last role. The only real scenario question I got was "tell me the worst thing you've done that led a partner to churn", which threw me off a bit.
