Interview
I had a second round interview scheduled for 1 pm. The first round went well.
I received a poorly written email 30 minutes before the scheduled start time from the interviewer stating he had a "meeting."
He didn't ask if I was available to reschedule, he demanded that I move the interview back to 1:30 pm. I agreed and arrived about 5 minutes early.
As I sat waiting, the interviewer walked in from what seemed like lunch with coworkers. The interview time had passed and I continued to wait. Someone did let him know I was there, however he didn't seem to care.
He then walks over to me and says he is printing my resume and it'll be five more minutes. By the time I got back to his office to start the interview, it was 1:45 pm. I told him that I had to leave at 2 pm and actually needed to go a bit early. He then had the nerve to ask if I had an interview scheduled somewhere else.
Then there was an awkward moment of silence while he read my resume. He then asked if should he call me by my first name or last name. An odd question!
His interviewing was terrible and he seemed disorganized, apathetic, and lacked time management skills. Funny how he works in hospitality and all of those skills are needed! I excused myself from the interview and left. What a waste of time!

Fairly easy with only 2 rounds. You get asked basic questions such as what you do during the check in process, why you want to work there, schedule flexibility, and past experience.
