I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Springboard in Dec 2019
Interview

However, about a week later I was reached out to complete a skills assessment for the role. The assessment took about 2 hours to complete, as you were given mock questions as if you were already in the role. I was quite annoyed by how I received a generic rejection email a few days later from the hiring manager I had been communicating with. No feedback was provided. Not a great candidate experience...
