I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Springboard (Bengaluru) in Mar 2021
Interview
1. recruiter sent hackerrank test. Completed the test. The questions were medium and hard. one is matrix dp question.
2. The recruiter scheduled first round of interview. This round is pathetic. The interviewer asked me to turn on webcam, i felt nervous. Asked about my introduction and explain about one project I have done. After that, I was given with one easy-medium question, I told 4 approaches. Then wrote code partially. Then, she gave another question, I told the approach and wrote code.
The interviewer did not interact at all made it like an interrogation which made me feel so nervous.
Overall it's a very bad experience.
Feedback to springboard team
Interviewers should be well trained such that they shouldn't simply ask two algorithmic questions and done. They should make interviewee comfortable. I think they should introduce themselves then ask the interviewee that makes the interview more interactive
