Interview
It was essentially 4 rounds of online screening and you were notified within a couple of days between each round. Based on the questions, it seemed like they were looking for people who were willing to do the work and have a passion/study for finance.
It was done completely virtually. To obtain the position you had to take a series of quizzes and do relatively well on them. It is expected that you come in with some knowledge already.
