Held in a hotel conference room. Many current Sprouts employees and management. Very friendly staff helped get me checked-in for my appointment. Five minutes after i turned in some paperwork (just some simple stuff for the interviewer, such as name, work experience, etc.), I was greeted by a nice man by the name of Ron. Once we got into a separate room designated for interviews, he asked me only one question, then he talked for the entirety of the interview and gave me a good rating. Wasn't the interview I imagined. but an easy one nonetheless. Afterwords, I filled out some paperwork and got my got offer, then proceeded to provide information for a background check. The whole process took no more than thirty minutes.

The interview was very straight-forward and casual. Great for folx with zero work experience. The discussion about job requirements was clear and it took less than 15 minutes to complete the interview.
