Interview
Contacted by a recruiter via Linked In. Long period of time with no follow up. Received a call and asked to do a telephone interview. Person was friendly and professional. Was very complimentary of my history and experience. I was told that I was a candidate for a "Market Manager" or a "Regional Operations Manager". She told me that she was going to have an existing Regional Operations Manager contact me to discuss the company and the role. That did not happen but I received a call several weeks later asking for a resume and references. When I reached out to someone to confirm I would use them for a reference, instead I was recruited by his company and never heard from Sprouts again.

Only questions were about work history. No technical questions or questions concerning management / leadership style or philosophy. I was asked about geographical preferences.
