Was only asked about my availability and willingness to work in department. Was hired on the spot. Was drug tested a couple weeks afterward after the background check went through and started almost immediately.
The interview process was simple - short and sweet. They had asked simple questions to get to know you and about experience. I was offered the position in the deli the same day.

They had asked how I deal with time management and what applicable experiences I had.
Very straightforward. Ask about experience, personality, work time. The manager is ok, being nice. Not hard. The interview was short, around 15 mins. Mainly focus on the schedule that if you can work or not.
