The process is a joke. They have you sign up then you wait over an hour only to have you fill out a questionnaire without asking any questions. There is no interview. The manager just looks at you while you fill in the answers. I believe this process was sexiest and discriminatory. Management could have easily handed applicants the questions initially. There is something strange going on here, I hope corporate looks into this.
