Phone screen lasted about 20 minutes - it was very casual and consisted of reviewing my resume and some of my accomplishments. Recruiter gave me a timeline to hear back of about four business days, and said to reach out if I hadn't heard anything. I reached out the following week and was told I'd hear something by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went, yet I still hadn't heard anything. I got the same response two more times (over the course of two more weeks). I sent a final follow-up e-mail about a month ago and never heard back. I understand people are busy and situations are fluid, but this left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. If the answer was simply "thanks but no thanks", that could have easily been conveyed with a single-sentence e-mail. Instead, I got the run-around and then completely ghosted.
