It was pretty straightforward. The manager who interviewed me just asked me typical interview questions like "why do you want to work here" and "what does good customer service mean to you", stuff like that. Nothing too out of the ordinary.

Arrived at Sprouts with my resume. Went to the manager's office and answered a few basic questions. Interviewer eventually informed me of the schedule and I had to turn down a job starting at 4AM. Manager offered to instead hire me in Cashier or Nutrient Sales.
I accepted but Sprouts never followed through. I received no follow up calls and calling back to check on my application status resulted in 'I'll talk to the manager'. I tried for a week to get an answer before giving up and looking elsewhere.
Getting no answer is far worse than being told no. In the time I wasted waiting for Sprouts to call back or tell me no, I already got a new job elsewhere.
