The interview was generally easy. They ask general questions, like: "why do you want to work in this department?" "why do you want to work with sprouts?" "tell us about your former job and what you did there." I interviewed almost 3 years ago, so the process might be different now. I originally applied to work in the bakery at Sprouts, but was asked about the deli and said I would work there as well. I got the job in a newly opened Sprouts store because I was open to the opportunity.
