I started with a phone interview that took about 2 minutes and was advanced to the in person interview, which was held the next week. The in person interview was a two part. If you didn't make it to the second part of the interview, they would tell you "We'll call you back after all the interviews are done". That was the nice way of saying sorry, but you're not cut out for the job. The second part of the interview was with the store manager and took about 3 minutes. After talking to him about schedule and salary, you do a drug test. granted your background check comes back ok, you'll be working in no time.
