Interview
Positive experience with the recruiters, my interview was lovely and I was really made to feel like they were genuinely interested in onboarding me. However, I felt extremely blindsided when I was not made an offer and was then countered with the suggestion that I should apply to be a cashier. For context, I have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in retail/hospitality. Also, one of the managers I would have been working with talked poorly about my recruiter so that was definitely uncomfortable to listen to. I just wish there was more transparency during the interview process because it was made out to me that once I passed the interview, the rest was really just a formality to see whether or not it was something I wanted to do.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market
Interview
Interview was more of a phone screening where they describe the job functions, schedules, store structure, hours etc. I didn't really get asked anything in regards to my qualifications for the job, it was more the recruiter talking about the company and the job itself. Two days after I received a rejection email. It would have been nice to at least have a formal phone interview & a fair shot at this position.

Interview
Horrible process. Appointment with recruiter. Recruiter doesn’t have resume whilst on call and seemed to mix me up with another person as his questions were a) not relevant to my experience and b) he started calling me by a different name. Very unprofessional. Then he said he was “putting me through” but had no attachment to outcome up to individual Store Mgr to call me. If I do not hear within a week reach out to him. 2 days later I receive an email saying thanks for going through interview process with the team but not selected??!!! Horrible
