I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Southlake, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
I was 17 when I worked for Sprouts and remember the interview being quite pleasant. The hiring manager kept it lighthearted and humorous. The interview didn’t last long, maybe 15 minutes. This took place before the store actually opened, so they were hosting mass interviews and seemed eager to get a full staff hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It’s been too long to remember specifics, but just general questions were asked: what interested you in the position, what hours you need, explain experience and times you handled stress, etc.
