I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Arvada, CO) in Oct 2023
Interview
I was contacted to set up an in-person interview at the 0333 - Arvada, CO store. The manager and I sat in the office for about 10 minutes while he reviewed my resume. He commented that I have a higher level of education than most of the people who apply. He also asked me the reason why I'm vegan. After I told him it was for health, he said good, glad it's about [animal rights]. He took me on a tour around the store and it seemed like a great interview. My lifestyle matched Sprouts operations and mission so I thought I was a good fit because I was perfectly capable of cutting and stocking produce. I never received a follow-up email/closure but I just got an email inviting me to a hiring fair that they're hosting

It was okay, standard questions, nothing too difficult. Typical questions of entry level positions of this kind. Interviewer was nice and only asked around ten questions and she asked some personal questions as well.
