I had applied online, via snagajob. Exactly one month later I heard from the hiring manager and was offered an interview. Easiest interview I've ever been to. I was asked the basic interview questions, and when I was asked about my 3 year plan, the hiring manager was very interested. As I am a future soldier and awaiting my ship date. My MOS is 15Q Air Traffic Controller. And the I plan on obtaining my pilot license within the next year or so. He was very interested in that, and most of the questions was pertaining to that. He was very honest thought the interview, let me know what the hours and pay would be. Which wasn't too bad, for not having any experience in a grocery store. I think that if you show up to the interview well dressed, and answer each question with professionalism and honest, but also showing your personality. Then you've got the job. Everyone is the office was very professional, yet very welcoming. I was hired on the spot, and I'm expected to come in tomorrow for the drug test and background check and then continue on from there.
