very basic. the interview is like any other interview you'll go through. they have standardized questions. they prefer for you to have some sort of experience because their thinking is easier to train you.

I initially interviewed for a service-deli clerk position, but as the short interview was coming to a close, the hiring manager asked me where do I see myself in a year from now, I politely told them "I see myself transferring out of the deli and hopefully into the meat-department". They then said why don't you apply for a meat-department position then. And then I was hired as a Meat-Seafood Clerk.
