There were 10 rounds of interview session until getting the final result. Starting from phone screening by the recruiting team, hiring manager interview, panels’ interview, and the final round with the division head. While I accept the result of no offer and interview coordination was smooth, interview process was not clear and I felt they had kept adding interview rounds and that made me stressful. Initial contact from the recruiting team was in Feb and it took 3 months to get the final result. I think 10 rounds of interviews were too much and felt wasting my 3 months.
