Process started with a reasonably quick response to application and enthusiastic screening call with recruiter. Second round, which I was told was also the FINAL round, was four back-to-back 30-min video calls with peers and the hiring manager. Things seemed to be on a fast track, standard STAR questions ("Tell me about a time when...") were used, and I was told I'd hear something "early next week" from the recruiter. Several yellow flags popped up as multiple interviewers mentioned a recent reorganization, but no one went into any great detail and all said they were looking for a fresh perspective on their content and that they were interested in hiring from outside the organization. I assumed I was being ghosted when I didn't even receive a response to my thank you note sent the day of the interview. I followed up once approximately two weeks post-interview and eventually received a message that they went with someone else. No feedback on what I could've done better/differently. Something to note: Their application tracking system doesn't show status updates (it's called "Smart Recruiters"). Essentially, after the interview, your application just sits on the third of four steps shown at the top of the screen ("Interview"). The fourth step is labeled "Offered" (it would make more sense for this to say "Decision"). The options left while you wait are to delete your profile entirely or withdraw your application.
