The interview process went really well at first. It moved at pace and had clear next steps with each interview offering an opportunity to meet different team members. Feedback was positive and then they went dark. I waited and then saw they had reposted the job description on LinkedIn. It was only when I prompted them again I got a canned rejection email with no feedback when requested. I understand that people are busy but a lot of time had been invested and it was not clear why I hadn’t been successful. Feedback would go a long way when you’ve put in significant time and effort. Sadly it left a poor taste in my mouth.
