Squint/Opera interview questions

Easy and friendly interview process, mostly based on the project I was supposed to be working on. They asked about me and my background for confirmation about the necessary skills to fulfill the role.

I applied for the job and suddenly out of nowhere, I received a call from HR. I was not in the right environment to talk with anyone, but they insisted on asking a few questions, which was essentially a short interview. I asked if we could schedule another phone call and they never got back to me. This method of "surprise calling" has to come to an end, and it is not a good look for the company.
