I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Squint/Opera (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Informal feel, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Process was very well organised. Two calls and an in person interview. Did not get selected in the last stage of the interview. Office was quite empty on the day I went in, they work hybrid.

Easy and friendly interview process, mostly based on the project I was supposed to be working on. They asked about me and my background for confirmation about the necessary skills to fulfill the role.

I applied online. I interviewed at Squint/Opera (London, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
I applied for the job and suddenly out of nowhere, I received a call from HR. I was not in the right environment to talk with anyone, but they insisted on asking a few questions, which was essentially a short interview. I asked if we could schedule another phone call and they never got back to me. This method of "surprise calling" has to come to an end, and it is not a good look for the company.

Question 1
Questions were about the salary and I think the notice period, very shot, very quick as if you can decide anything based on them.
