Interview
I went to an open house and dropped resumes/spoke with staff from units I was interested in. A week or so later I got a call from HR. Had the HR interview they told me two units were very interested and asked me to pick which one. I was very torn between the two so they let me interview on each unit with both nurse managers. After these interviews I was invited for a shadow day (3 hours) on the unit. After the shadow day I was given two hours. Both were incentivized with a $10,000 sign on bonus distributed over 18 months.

The HR woman reached out via phone and asked about 5 questions. Then said to email the Dean a couple of documents and that they will review and get back to me. Easy interview process

First there was a brief phone screen. Afterward, I was contacted to set up an interview at the main hospital. I had a 30 minute panel interview with the HR manager and a few Nurse managers. Make sure you ask questions at the end!

Panel interview- HR rep, two nurse managers and nurse educator. Everyone in HR very welcoming and nice! Always reachable and answer any questions I had. I heard back within three days after each round of interviewing.
