After filling out the necessary paper work and the facility is interested an interview is set up with a member of the HR department. That interview last about 20 minutes or so. After that interview is complete, you meet with the manager of the department/floor you have interviewed for. That interview is about 20-30 minutes. After meeting the manager I was given a brief tour of the unit.

It took a very long time to get a response from HR. To then organize an interview took an eternity. The process when meeting with each individual appeared disorganized and confusing. Navigating around the campus took more time than speaking with individuals for my interview.
